Main Article Content
Abstract
This study presents an evaluation of feedback from participants who attended the first- and second-quarter Endourology Workshops organized by the Nigerian Association of Urological Surgeons (NAUS) in 2019. Participants completed a structured questionnaire that assessed workshop content, faculty performance, documentation, relevance, benefits, deficits, and service quality. A total of 75 respondents participated: 26 consultants, 16 residents, 25 nurses, and 8 technicians. Overall ratings for course content, faculty assessment, and service quality were consistently high. Participants recommended inclusion of more advanced topics such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy, laser lithotripsy, urethroplasty, and theatre management. The overall assessment of the workshops was very good.
